ORDERING & SHIPPING
For all orders $49 and UNDER: Flat $8 Ground Shipping within the Continental USA. Flat $25 Ground Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii:
For all orders $49 and under to the Continental USA, there will be a $8 flat Ground Shipping & Handling cost, and $25 to Hawaii & Alaska. Orders require 1-2 business days to process before being shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey via Standard Ground Shipping, unless an expedited shipping method is selected at checkout.
Free Ground Shipping for all Orders over $49 within the Continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii
Standard Ground Shipping & Handling charges are waived for orders of $49 or more, and orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order ships. Longer transit time to Alaska and Hawaii may apply.
Rush Ship Options
Orders requesting rush ship options such as Overnight/Next Day Air or Second Day Air are subject to the same order processing time of 2-3 business days. All rush orders, including orders over $49, are are subject to the full cost of rush ship options of Overnight/ Next Day Air or Second Day Air.
We ship orders within the USA (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada only. Orders shipped to Canada will be subject to higher shipping charges, import taxes and other associated charges. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international customs or duties. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier.
For orders to all other countries, we recommend you purchase from our highly recommended and respected online retail partners who have very reasonable international shipping rates: www.skinstore.com, www.dermstore.com.
We hope with every purchase that you are fully satisfied with your chosen products. However, we understand that sometimes, you realize an item is not right for you. We accept returns of full-size products purchased for all domestic orders at www.juaraskincare.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund less shipping charges to your original form of payment.
Only products purchased on www.www.juaraskincare.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept empty jars/ bottles or nearly empty jars/ bottles for refund or exchange.
If you redeemed a free gift-with-purchase promotional item with your order, please understand that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned products.
STEPS TO RETURN PRODUCT(S)
1) Connect with our Customer Service Team
Call us at 212-228-9601, Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm EST or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to receive a Return Code. It is important that you contact our Customer Service Team before you send in a return, as returns cannot be processed without a valid Return Code.
2) Provide Original Purchase Information
Please provide our Customer Service Team with the following information, whether by phone or by e-mail:
- Order or Invoice # of original purchase
- Full first name and last name as appeared on the original purchase
- Email address and phone number
- Product(s) being returned
- Reason for return
Our Customer Service Team will get back to you with an RMA #.
3) Pack and Return
Please pack the products safely to avoid damages in transit and include a copy of your invoice and Return Code with your package to the following address. Please also include the Return Code in the “Attn.” line of the address.

Use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a full refund minus the shipping & handling charges of the original purchase will be issued to the original form of payment.
